A Relaxing Stay - Stayed here in the presidential suite for a quiet family getaway, since inter-provincial travel is still not possible. Although we have earlier stayed as repeat guests in properties like Cinnamon Bay, Hikka Tranz, Cinnamon Wild and Cinnamon Citadel, It was the very first time we had patronized a Cinnamon City hotel as stay-in guests and we were not disappointed. We absolutely loved the cozy atmosphere of our suite, which came with all the trimmings; a Grand piano, 2 bedrooms with large ensuite bathrooms, 2 spacious comfortably furnished lounge areas, separate dining area and a wide, breezy balcony with scenic views of the city including the Beira Lake and Lotus tower. We were offered some free inclusions such as a lovely bottle of wine, fresh fruit, cake and chocolates.

Excellent Hospitality - I had a wonderful 3 night stay at Cinnamon Lakeside, My 3rd stay in Cinnamon Lakeside. Very helpfull and kind staff. Good service and the breakfast was superb. It couldn't have been better. Nice and clean accommodations. Hight recommendable
