Stayed at Cinnamon Bey as part of our 14-day hotel quarantine. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hotel had many activities to keep us entertained and the food was fabulous. The staff were incredible, always with a smile and ever ready to help out. Special shout out to Nirusha, Amila, Dimuthu, Prasad and Lashanthan for making our stay comfortable and memorable. Highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel experience I received for the two weeks I stayed here was exceptional. The rooms, the buffets and most importantly the staff were amazing. Especially, Managers – Amila, Sudath and Damithra who showed excellent customer service and was really friendly towards all the guests. They had exceptional service and especially their kind and friendly attitude towards the guest made quarantine bearable. Throughout the stay, all COVID-19 guidelines were followed accordingly. I’m very pleased to say that Cinnamon Bey ticked all the boxes for a splendid hotel and a great experience.
