Go on a walk inside this architectural masterpiece, adorned in Neo-Baroque style, which offers a glimpse into the colonial history of Sri Lanka. Surrounded by a serene garden adorned with bronze statues of prominent politicians, this picturesque setting exudes warmth and old-world elegance.

Built in the colonial era to house the Legislative Council of Ceylon, today, it is home to the Presidential Secretariat. The grandeur and national importance of this building makes it the perfect venue for many state events. Since it is a high-security zone, it is always patrolled by the armed forces and entry for general public is prohibited. However, it is worth a visit, even from a distance.
