Tea lounge at the Cinnamon Grand Hotel
Amazing experience at the hotel thanks to the attentive staff! Specially I'd like to thank Jananjali and Saman at the tea lounge. They made sure that we always feel comfortable and have the best service. Were very grateful and will definitely come back again.

My stay at Cinnamon Grand Colombo was exceptional from start to finish. The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to assist with any request, making me feel welcome throughout my time there. The buffet offered an extensive array of choices, catering to every palate, and the quality of the food was superb. The rooms were incredibly spacious, providing ample space to relax and unwind.
Additionally, the comfortable beds ensured a restful night's sleep, allowing me to wake up feeling refreshed each morning. I also indulged in a massage at the hotels spa, and it was truly a highlight of my stay. The therapists were skilled and attentive, providing a deeply relaxing experience. Furthermore, the room service was prompt and efficient, allowing me to enjoy delicious meals in the comfort of my own room whenever I desired. Overall, my experience at Cinnamon Grand Colombo exceeded my expectations in every aspect. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Colombo for its impeccable service, luxurious amenities, and memorable stay.
